You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of placing your order. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Please email returns@dynamic8.com with "Return" in the subject line and include details of the product purchased.
Standard Transport
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days of placing the order.
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more within the continental United States; otherwise, there is a flat rate of $5 for shipping.
Orders are expected to arrive within 7-10 days of shipment.
Emergency Transport
- Expedited orders ($25 flat rate) are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days of shipment.
- Overnight orders ($35 flat rate) must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time and are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days of shipment.
Return Policy and Procedures
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of placing your order. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. To return a product, please email returns@dynamic8.com with "Return" in the subject line and include details of the product purchased.
- All reduced sale products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Purchased items (unworn, labeled, in original packaging) are eligible for return or exchange only within 30 days of your order.
- Exchange, store credit, and/or refund will be issued after our warehouse has received and inspected the returned items to confirm they meet return conditions.
- Store credit requests can be processed free of charge and sent electronically; credits do not expire and can be used for any content on our site.
- It takes up to 5 working days after your return package is mailed to receive and process your return request.
Although we do our best, direct exchange requests cannot be guaranteed due to our limited stock.
- If you return a portion of a kit or package, the refund amount will reflect the kit/package price of the item and not the standard full price of the item.
- If you return an item purchased using a discount code, your refund will reflect the prorated discounted price of the item, not the standard full price of the item.
- Damaged returns and returns without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
Digital gift cards are non-refundable.
