Frequently Asked Questions

Will people around me be able to hear my music?

Our open-ear audio is designed to be discreet. At low to moderate volumes in a normal environment (like an office or street), your audio is private. In a very quiet room, someone sitting next to you might hear a faint sound at high volumes.

Are they heavy or uncomfortable to wear all day?

Not at all. They are built with an ultra-light TR90 material and are carefully balanced. They weigh only slightly more than standard non-smart glasses, making them perfectly comfortable for all-day wear.

Can I put my prescription (RX) lenses in these frames?

Yes. We designed the frames to be RX-compatible. You can take them to your local optician to have your custom prescription lenses fitted into the frames.

Do they work with both iPhone and Android?

Absolutely. Our smart glasses use standard Bluetooth 5.3 and are universally compatible with all iOS (iPhone) and Android devices, as well as PCs and Macs.

How long does the battery last and how do they charge?

You can expect 4-6 hours of continuous music playback on a single charge. For calls and lighter use, the battery lasts much longer. They charge via a custom magnetic charging cable that snaps onto the arm of the glasses.

How do I control the music or answer calls?

There is a simple, invisible touch sensor on the arm of the glasses. You can tap to play/pause, swipe to change tracks or adjust volume, and tap to answer or end a phone call.
